Eugenia (Jeny) Androukaki:
Coach and HR Senior Consultant specializing in human resources development and training, with extensive experience across the private and public sectors as well as non-governmental organizations.
While working at a major financial institution—specifically within HR functions focused on training, development, and organizational well-being—she gained expertise in professional and interpersonal skills development, organized volunteer initiatives, and contributed to personal growth and work-life balance for employees. She began her career as a biologist in the environmental sector, working as a researcher while also actively contributing to environmental conservation, managing institutional reforms, and establishing networks to raise awareness and foster community engagement in collaboration with local communities and public authorities.
She holds a degree in Biology from the University of Athens and an MBA with an international focus (iMBA) from the Athens University of Economics and Business.
She has completed training in Life, Executive, Team, and Leadership Coaching with Positivity (ICF-Level 2) and is accredited as a Professional Certified Coach by the International Coaching Federation. She has continued her training in Emotional Intelligence at Key Step Media with Daniel Goleman (Foundational & Relational Skills) and in the Systemic Approach at AKMA (Athenian Institute of Anthropos).
She participates as a speaker in conferences and seminars aimed at fostering economic and business growth through the development and mobilization of people—whether they are entrepreneurs, hold managerial roles, or occupy other key positions within organizations where they play a pivotal role in business development and sustainability.
As a coach, she aims to empower individuals to realize their potential and pursue their vision, aligned with their values and in balance with their environment. She works with executives from private and public sector organizations and non-governmental organizations—with people who wish to advance in their work, benefiting both themselves and their organizations; with those seeking to make changes in their lives and careers and looking for the best path and approach; with individuals embarking on their professional journeys who want to start on solid ground in a field they love; and with people who want to make the world around them better, starting with themselves.
